QNAP 4-bay

QNAP TR-004

4-bay DAS · USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C · 3.5in or 2.5in drives

Model TR-004

Who the QNAP TR-004 is for

Watch out for

The 5 Gb/s link is shared by every bay. Fine for one drive at a time, slow for a rebuild.

It does hardware RAID (RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 5 + Spare, RAID 10, JBOD, Single Disk), and in those modes your computer just sees one big volume. Power comes from an external adapter.
